Welcome to OlivOz Limited (OlivOz) – the
commercial entity of Central Victorian Olive Growers Association
Inc. (CVOGA) – located in Central Victoria, Australia.
With its “Clean Green” environment, skilled farmers, rich and
diverse soil types and Mediterranean type temperate climate,
Central Victoria is one of Australia’s most premier agri-food
production centres and one of Australia’s most ideal locations
for growing high quality Olives.
Olives have been cultivated in Central Victoria for more than
100 years. However, it was only in the early 1990’s that
commercial Olives cultivation was truly established in the
region. By mid 1990’s there were more than 100 commercial Olive
growers with more than 100,000 Olive trees in the region. CVOGA
was thus established in 1997 and OlivOz in 2000 to provide
efficient and competitive market-driven supply chains and
processes that will deliver high quality Central Victorian Olive
oil, fruits and products to domestic and international markets.
